Post Compiled 4E MRPs
Here's the changelog.
Suggestions in following posts will be merged, so this should be as far as anyone needs to read.

Astral/Ethereal merged into Planar (odds miss).

Ivory Scepter (details)
Offhand Dagger (details)
Power Word Kill (details)
Severed of Bone (details)
Withering Gaze (details)

Aida (details)
No longer stacks with other Aidas in the discard pile.

Arc Lightning (details)
Air

Arve Yscar (details)
Only grants feats to other non-Arve chars.
(If he gained powerattack somehow, other Arves wouldn't get it)

Ball Lightning (details)
Air

Banish the Wound (details)
Water

Battle Plans (details)
Tactics

Bem Kaundodo (details)
Hero and Epic
Lost Unique.
The restrictions on his rank-reduction ability were removed.

Blessing of Swiftness (details)
Air
The new strike's base is equal to the primary ATK, instead of the highest.

Blink (details)
Opposing characters only.

Bloodthirsty (details)
Restricted to opposing characters.

Bone Golem (details)
Reacts before suffering wounds.

Bradley (details)
10 AC

Breastplate (details)
Lost the Skill penalty.

Breastplate of Power (details)
Unique

Bull Rush (details)
Can't attack if stunned.

Call the Abyss (details)
Lost Abyssal.

Calm (details)
Can target your own first rank.

Castus the Burning (details)
The additional wound is restricted to Fire spells.

Chain Lightning (details)
Air
Targeting is done with each strike.
All that matters is rank adjacency: forward, backward, and/or everyone's first ranks.

Chained Claw (details)
Works in the front rank of any army.

Chirurgery Kit (details)
Unique, again.

Ciane (details)
Only gets the bonus for spent characters, and gets removed from the game instead of wounded.

Close Ranks (details)
Tactics

Corinne Drac (details)
Lost her bonus Level.

Crush (details)
Destroys items before wounding, again.

Cry Havoc (details)
Targeting occurs at the beginning.
Targets all opposing chars within 1 rank (current, ahead, and behind), not just one adjacent rank.

Cure Lethal Wounds (details)
Water

Darian Windson (details)
+4/+3 ATK
+4 Skill

Decay (details)
The destroyable item is capped at 2x the cleric's level.

Demon of Kvar (details)
The +8 ranged strike became +5.

Dor of Clan Manaka (details)
Gained the Siege trait and lost Giant.
May not equip items.

Dragon's Lair (details)
Only reacts to non-opposing Dragons.

Durga (details)
Her order became a +0 melee strike.

Evon Myerdeth (details)
Stunning him nixes his bonus.

Fireball (details)
Fire
Targeting occurs at the beginning.

Final Blessing (details)
First React only applies to retrieving cards.
Second React is before suffering wounds.

Flame Arrows (details)
Fire
Targeting is done with each strike.

Forest's Hunger (details)
DC's are based on the caster's skill.

Garrotte (details)
+5 ATK, again.

Genecourt Initiate (details)
The effect ends at end of turn.

Gethseme Steelshard (details)
+7 Skill
Gethseme inflicts an additional wound with melee and ranged strikes against Monsters.
React: After one or more wounds are removed from Gethseme: Perform a +5 melee strike.

Ghed Nuri (details)
2 AC
Only reacts to melee strikes.

Greaves (details)
No longer cancels the entire action, only prevents the equipped character from spending.

Grukth (details)
+0 Skill

Guardian (details)
+0 Skill, again

Gunda (details)
Gets the bonuses before suffering wounds.
(Sounds like React-then-Banish works)

Handaxe (details)
+2 ATK, again

Holy Might (details)
Removing the wound is mandatory.

Illusory Form (details)
Spending an Illusionist is an optional cost.

Instructed by Rren'the (details)
Removes itself from the game.
It's an Order now.
Can't have two Weapons and a Shield.

Kilis of Flesh (details)
The react is restricted to the decree phase.

Kul of Clan Tergoth (details)
3 HP

Lady Ersane (details)
+5/+3 ATK, 14 AC
Adjacent characters get buffed too.

Lady Tornhawk (details)
If your Warlord is a Mercenary, Lady Tornhawk gains +1 HP.

Leveled (details)
Removes itself from the game.

Lightning Bolt (details)
Air
The bonus is based on the caster's skill.

Logan Ebonwoulfe (details)
New ability: "Spend Order: Perform a +6 ranged strike. Perform a +1 ranged strike."

Machine of Lukkot (details)
Can move backward, again.

Magic Shifting (details)
Plays after a spell's costs are paid.

Magma Gargoyle (details)
Doesn't need Sjonegaard. Any cleric will do.

Master Anandale (details)
+7/+3 ATK
15 AC
Only spends non-Warlord characters.

Meteor Swarm (details)
Level 4
Fire
The DC is based on the caster's skill.

Misear Diplomacy (details)
Poison
Static text became a react, again.

Mistress Edrea ([url]details[/url])
Riding +8

Mud Slick (details)
Earth

Nothrog S'sike (details)

Doesn't work against chars moving away.

Rowan's Duty (details)
Removes itself from the game.

Inflicts an additional wound against Dragons.

Sedayah Rowan (details)
The react is restricted to opposing characters' actions.

Sedwin Elfhunter (details)
13 AC, 2 HP
Static text became a react.
New ability: "Spend Order: Perform a ranged strike with a bonus equal to Sedwin's Skill."
The react can trigger regardless of alignment or kill method, but good elves no longer count double.

Shadith Glyn (details)
Lost Scout.

Smoke Imp (details)
Misprint: Still has 10 AC for spellcasting.

Sneak (details)
Restricted to non-melee strike actions.

Sniper Shot (details)
Became a rogue action.

Squire's Banner (details)
Wound redirection changed to inflict/reduce.

Squire's Sash (details)
Static text became an optional react.

Steady Aim (details)
It's a dexterity check.

A pre-4E ruling stated that initiative couldn't have crits. That is no longer the case.

Teufeltiger's Mask (details)
The penalty is only for the duration of the strike.

The King's Lady (details)
Unique
"This fighter has an additional melee strike (base +0 ATK) when he attacks"

Thunic Wyvern (details)
Restricted to performing action cards, again.

Tower Shield (details)
Lost the "additional char for illegal ranks" clause.

Uncertain Path (details)
Air

Uthanak's Ring (details)
Unique
The React is a Tactics action.

Valhala's Shout (details)
Tactics

Validan (details)
Misprints say 1 HP, but he's still got 2.

My copy of Validan has 1 HP, the pic on the spoiler has 2 HP, I assume the printed card is correct?

Gloves of Mischief back to the +1 AC only it had in CE.. [If I remember correctly, in CE it was a misprint, don't know if it is or not today]
