It can be fun if people embrace the idea, but alot of the time you just get 3 getraxos fighting for first. There's so many cool level 5's out there and gexy seems to be the only one people want to play. I will add though that this dude Raimi Mennanakh might just be able to take that top spot away. This little girl is another one I'd like to see played Mel'crah. Just hope if we're doing something not basic 4E we find out soon cuz I'm at work till sat. morning so I have to run home with a deck list and throw cards into box for sunday. Yes I could do it after the sat. event but I'm sure Tulley will have me miscounting and making bad choices.

As a Field Promotion choice, she's way up there. I still keep thinking of Beia Tansiq whenever I see her though.

Me too, but then I always put King dukault next to Getraxos and think, +7 armor vs planar, +3/+2 ATK, +2 skill and no stunning from opponent . . .

and then getraxos always wins out because of harem guard + amends + start 3x Amand d'Ilchant and 2x the earth since between amand's spend order and getraxos' order he is ready in the front turn 1 pretty much 9/10 games.

And with the new set you swap out 1 amand for a Tri-Claw (no one is swinging at tri-claw until getraxos is in the front), so for me king dukault has none of the character base to make him this broken

Getraxos needs 0 movement cards in deck and has character based strike generation. He is THE go to front line fighter of 4e field promo.

Yeah I plan on doing just that for the Ct feild promo on 31 Mar, it's just no fun when everyone plays the same warlord because he's got so much movement.

Good idea. The format is VERY heavily slanted towards Fighters anyhow, with 18 of the possible 39 choices being Fighters (if you include Gorlen the Pitiless, which no one does, so forget I said it.) Plus, most of the Cleric options are terrible which leaves Fighters more effective since their heavy damage isn't being mitigated.

Only a few more days until the campaign at Game On!. Hope everyone's at least got an idea of what they are playing for the event. If anyone's looking to playtest I should have most of Thursday afternoon free until about 6-6:30 if you want to meet up. Also anytime before 4pm on Wed. and Fri. I'm free.
