Post Re: Team Minnesota Tournament Reports
Loki turned out to be wayy better than I thought!

The first few rounds were extremely close.
Mirage Potion saved me a couple times

I run mostly highlander items, but double up on essentials:
The old wizard wyvern(?) armor +4 is great! It allowed my Green Hags to spend for extra incinerates!

The kill combo against Acanathropis was Flamecaster & Dusty Shelves along with Mentor!!!
In one turn I hit him with 3 DC 20's and 3 +10 strikes!

Golem Manual + Create Golem is nice too.
I remove a Mirage potion from the grave, and a character while I'm sitting in Rank 2... Then Ring of Vorn him forward for a huge beatstick!

Other decks I remember:
Serif- He builds, equips 3 steeds, and charges forward to win target game. Spend him with Viper Whip or eliminate rank 2 ASAP!
Ruash- Another build deck that felt extremely defensive cleric style. I was able to Disintegrate his nasty Fiendish Plate before it became invincible!
Championship round, Acanathropis- He equips Too Fast To See! and his starting army (Kinell & Amatria) is the most broken in the game! Game one took forever... My strikes were hitting but he had double stealth and TFTS... I ended up taking out his army just to survive.... Oh, and getting hit by that stupid janky Daemon Bile sucks!
Game two, I failed Amatria saves and ended up stunned in the front...
Game three, I drew everything I needed in the first two turns and ended up with around 6-10 extra strikes/actions per turn. His Norn's Stinger is scary, and so is an equipped Easy Target.
Acanathropis is dangerous.
This is the first version I've seen without Misear Diplomacy.

Good to see you back in action!

Stonefist is a sick Kerebrus format deck for sure!
